The Outdoor Instructor Lockdown Diary – Part Three

Following on from Part Two….

Even if lockdown only lasts another few weeks there is still going to be plenty of time for people to get frustrated and grumpy with each other.

It’s so important, now more than ever, that we support our friends and family ones and look after our community.

I’m not very good at the online socialising thing, but what the community at Land and Wave are doing to keep people together and engaged fills me with confidence and belief in our team and the desire to do a good job.

A walk by the sea during Covid Lockdown

Folk are coming up with all sorts of amazing ways to stay happy and active during lockdown. In my last two blogs I wanted to share what we’re doing in sunny Bere Regis, our little spot, to show you don’t need loads of things to be happy

The most important things in life aren’t things at all.

I couldn’t sleep last night because my mind was busy with thoughts. I woke up and scribbled them down.

Love your family

Be kind to each other

DO the washing up

Show support

Embrace your online community

Filter out the news and adverts

Follow Government Guidance

Have some respect

If you can, help someone.

Do it…

Don’t miss a chance

Don’t Regret

Call your parents, call your grandparents

Grow some food

Keep talking

Be a good person, don’t just put on a show. Lockdown IS tough.

Stay happy – that one’s important.

Keep Calm

I think all this time with the family is turning me soppy!

Miss you all

Stay Safe
